If you are returning because we made a mistake with your order, we will refund the return postage.
Please note that Sales Items are non-refundable, so please choose your sizes carefully.
Download the Return Form HERE. Be certain to fill out the form completely and include exchange information. Include this form in your return shipment.
If you are making a return on a full price item and are exchanging it for a different size of the same style within 14 days of receipt, Layla Luv will send the new size to you at no additional cost. If a size or style isn't available we will contact you.
If you are exchanging the item for a new size or style 14 or more days after receipt, standard shipping charges will apply to exchange the shipment. If the size or style requested is no longer available we will contact you to let you know and issue a merchandise credit. Credit will be in the amount of the current retail price of the item.
Exchanges will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued within 4 weeks after we receive your return.
