services.All orders are shipped with
delivery notification and confirmation to guarantee delivery.For those packages you need in a hurry,
Express Mail Next-Day Shipments can also be purchased.Please note that all Express Mail shipments
require a signature.If there will be
nobody home to accept and sign for the delivery, you may request 'No Signature
Required' when placing your order, but be aware that insurance is waived with
this option.
Orders,
except Pre-Orders, are shipped within 2-3 business days, but please allow 6-8
business days for receipt.The time frame
includes processing your order, packaging, and mailing time.If you need your item faster, please include
a note and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We
are not responsible for an item once it leaves our facility.If the post office is unable to deliver your
package and it is returned to us, the shipping charges will not be refundable.It is important that you check all billing
